The modern workplace is in a crisis and the eye of that storm is company culture. People no longer want to spend their best years working in environments that leave them depleted, depressed, and disengaged from the work they love. This workshop covers how leaders can examine the health of their company culture, fix what’s wrong, and build a workplace employees don’t want to leave.
